We have cultivated relationships with a carefully curated group of local hospitality providers across the Nambucca Valley to make it easy and to ensure your event at the River House is memorable.
Whether you're staying overnight or joining us as a day guest, we'll help you order or match with the perfect catering provider in the Valley for your occasion at the River House.
From relaxed family meals and elegant canapés on the balcony or poolside, to elevated BBQ celebrations and bespoke celebration cakes, we have every function - from corporate retreats and small weddings to milestone birthday celebrations - beautifully covered.
For special occasions, you'll work directly with our recommended provider, giving you complete creative control to tailor the catering details of your special event exactly as you envision it.
In-house dining options at the River House include pre-prepared, ready-to-heat meals; pre-booked catering delivered to order; or curated gourmet dining prepared and served on site by our local Michelin-trained chef.
We organise a diversity of self-catering options freshly prepared from local ingredients for our in-house guests, as well as curated menus delivered by local chefs and home-style cooks to meet every budget and desire.

Our GATHER AND CELEBRATE packages are designed to help you celebrate in style at the River House for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings, christenings, engagement and elopement parties.
Day rates and 2 night minimum overnight accommodation rates are available for celebrations.
Overnight Celebration Lunch or Cocktail / Dinner Packages as well as Family Celebration Day Packages (minimum 6 people) are available.

Choose from a range of locally prepared heat and serve meals prepared by Jess, our local Michelin Trained Chef based at the local Beach House Providore.
This tasty selection of heat and serve meals (Curries with rice, Lasagne, Moussaka and Steak pies including gluten free, and vegetarian gourmet options) are available for purchase direct from your River House suite freezers.
